Cancellation/No Show Policy
Payment is preferred in advance of the scheduled class date. If cancellation is necessary, only requests submitted in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) prior to the date of the scheduled class will be accepted.
Cancellation/No Show schedule is as follows:
15 + days prior- No Fees (excluding study materials provided)
5-14 days prior- Half Fee (plus any study materials provided)
Less than 5 days prior- Full fees - Another person may substitute.
If cancellation is not requested OR if the registrant is a NO SHOW, TAUD will invoice in accordance with the schedule and amounts above.
